Learn more about axe throwing

Everything you need to know before coming to Battle Axe Event Facility
The Battle Axe Guidelines
Rules participants must follow.

Waiver and Clothing

All players/participants at our San Luis Obispo entertainment facility must read and sign the waiver and have a wristband before being allowed to throw. Closed-toed shoes are also required.

It's Axe Throwing, Not Axe Catching

DO NOT TRY TO CATCH ANY AXE! If an axe bounces back from the target, quickly step backward and to the side in you lane. DO NOT point or gesture with the axe.

ANY MISHANDLING OF AN AXE OR HORSEPLAY WILL NOT BE TOLARATED AND WILL RESULT IN YOUR REMOVAL FROM THE FACILITY WITH NO REFUND!

Stay in Safe Areas

There is only one person in a lane at any time. Do not enter lane until it is completely cleared. When entering a lane through the gate, step directly into your lane. If you are not throwing, you must remain behind the fenced area at all times.
